Does KBRS look after all Knorr-Bremse products, services and brands?
KBRS is the source for all Knorr-Bremse Rail Group products, systems and service support for customers based in the UK and Ireland. KBRS cover all rail group products and systems including Westinghouse Brakes, Merak, IFE, New York Air Brake, Zelisko, and Microelettrica Scientifica.
In addition KBRS also houses the Company's specialist platform screen systems division, Westinghouse Platform Screen Doors (WPSD) which serves global markets in conjunction with a joint venture operation based in Guangzhou, China.
Based at our Doncaster site, Techtrain is a subsidiary of KBRS and provides HVAC expertise and training services.
Do you have any information on Westinghouse Brakes products?
Westinghouse Brakes was the previous name of the company. Westinghouse Brakes products are now fully supported through KBRS.
Do you support Westinghouse Signals equipment?
Westinghouse Brakes and Westinghouse Rail Systems were previously a single company trading under the name Westinghouse Brake and Signal Company until the Knorr-Bremse group acquired the Braking and Platform Screen Doors division in the year 2000. Westinghouse Rail Systems is now part of Invensys Rail; please see their website for further information.

What information does KBRS need to aid us in dealing with your order or invoice enquiries?
There are several KBRS reference numbers that would help us in dealing with your order or invoice enquiry. When calling one of our teams please provide us with one of the following numbers:
- For Spares and OE orders- KB reference numbers beginning with 2070
- For Repairs, Overhaul and Warranty orders- KB reference numbers beginning with 2907
- For Invoices- KB reference numbers beginning with 50 or 53
- For Purchase Orders- KB reference numbers beginning 772 or 420
What times is our Goods In and Despatch open?
Our Goods In and Despatch departments are open from 7:30 am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
