Knorr-Bremse Rail Systems in the UK has its main facility located in Melksham, Wiltshire. This facility was opened following £10 million of investment in 2005. In addition to the development and manufacture of world class metro brake control systems the Melksham facility carries out service and maintenance on customers’ equipment.

The Burton-upon-Trent facility of opened in 2011 and is home to HVAC specialists Knorr-Bremse Rail Systems (Burton) Limited.
